Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Results Season ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Does

Results Season transforms publicly available financial disclosures (quarterly results, annual reports, investor presentations, earnings call transcripts) of Indian listed companies into interactive mindmaps. The data is extracted from publicly filed documents and presented for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Investment Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a buy/sell/hold recommendation, or a solicitation to trade securities. The information is derived from public filings and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated data. Always verify data independently and consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making investment decisions.

The Service is not registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst, Investment Adviser, or any other regulated intermediary.

4. User Accounts

• You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for the security of your Google account.
• You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page.

5. User-Generated Content

You may create annotations, notes, and saved views on company mindmaps. You retain ownership of your content. By creating content on the Service, you grant us a license to store and display it as part of the Service functionality.

You agree not to post content that:

• Constitutes investment advice or buy/sell/hold recommendations (per SEBI Research Analyst Regulations, 2014)
• Contains false or misleading financial information
• Is abusive, harassing, or violates any law
• Infringes intellectual property rights

6. Data Accuracy

Financial data is extracted from public filings using automated processes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the data is complete, current, or error-free. Source documents are the authoritative reference. Use the data at your own risk.

7. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Results Season and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on the data presented.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Service.
